Cindy De Cecco

Cindy has been exhibiting her work with the Attic Gallery since 1982 participating in eighteen shows over the years. After moving to Prescott, Arizonia in 2000 to teach as an art instructor at Yavapai College in Prescott, she has exhibited in fourteen exhibits in Arizona. A selection includes: Faculty Exhibit, Yavapai College Art Gallery, Yavapai College, Prescott, AZ; Statewide ATF Exhibit, Joseph Gross Gallery, University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ; Art Escape Members and Mentors, Mountain Artists Gallery, Prescott, AZ; and in 2006 the Smithsonian Culturefest Studio Tour, Yavapai College, Prescott, Arizona.

Cindy was born in Tacoma, Washington in 1956. She received her B.A. in Arts and Letters, from Portland State University in 1977 and her M.A. in Art from Pittsburg State University in 1994. From 1995 to 1999, Cindy was an art instructor for the Multnomah Art Center, Portland, Oregon; from 1996 to 2000 she was an art instructor at Portland Community College, Portland, Oregon; and then in 2000 until the present, Cindy became an art instructor at the Yavapai Community College, Prescott, Arizona where she presently lives with her husband, Harvel Wardwell.
